Working collaboratively with the Senior Activity Leader and activity staff, you will generate ideas and deliver a wide range of co-curricular activities during afternoons, evenings, and weekends. You will play a vital role in creating an engaging and inclusive environment, ensuring the happiness and satisfaction of all attendees.

• £13.80/hour for 20 years old or older
• £11.30/hour for 17–19-year-olds

Hours & Weeks

• £13.80 per hour (Over 20 years old), 48-hour week
• £11.30 per hour (18–20 years old), 40-hour week
• Residential role: accommodation and meals provided on-site for the contract duration
• Six days on-duty per week, including weekends
• Participation in pastoral and boarding duties required
