Junior School Prize Day 2024: Celebrating Success

On Friday, June 28, we gathered to celebrate our Junior School Prize Day, a special occasion to recognise the outstanding achievements of our incredible pupils and bid a heartfelt farewell to our lovely Year 6 class and some exceptional staff members.
The day was marked by moving speeches and beautiful songs performed by the pupils, showcasing their talent and hard work. Each prize awarded was a well-deserved acknowledgment of our pupils’ dedication and achievements throughout the year.
We also enjoyed touching farewell videos dedicated to our Year 6 pupils, capturing their journey through Junior School. As they embark on new adventures in Year 7, we extend our best wishes to them. It has been an absolute pleasure to have you all, and we are excited to see what the future holds for you!
In addition to bidding farewell to our Year 6 pupils, we also say goodbye to Mr and Mrs Champness, who are setting off on a new adventure in Australia. Mrs Champness, who has been the warm and welcoming face of our office, has played an integral role in our school community. Mr Champness, a fantastic Year 4 teacher, has made a lasting impact on his pupils this year. We wish them both the best of luck as they start this exciting new chapter on the other side of the world!
We also bid farewell to Miss Hopkins, our wonderful Year 6 teacher, who is moving to the Bahamas. Miss Hopkins, your enthusiasm and dedication will be greatly missed. Please keep in touch and enjoy your new adventure in the sun!
Congratulations to all our prize winners! Your hard work and commitment inspires us all. Thank you to everyone who made this day unforgettable. Here’s to another year of excellence and growth! We already cannot wait for September.
